We're on day two of the House Republican's pander to their base -- the repeal-of-the-health-care-that-will-never-happen show, best summed up during Rep. Steve King's two minutes on the floor yesterday:

Senate Majority Leader Reid (D-NV) has said he won't schedule Health Care Repeal even if it passes the House.
