Target has not been having an easy go of it with the LGBT communities lately. First, they got slammed for a $150,000 donation to the political campaign of Minnesota state Representative Tom Emmer, a staunch opponent of same-sex marriage. Now, it looks like they may lose a contract with the City and County of San Francisco due to their policy of not giving benefits to same-sex partners of their employees.
