Dear Friend,If you want to hear Glenn Beck's violent, paranoid rants, tune in to Chicago's WIND AM 560 every weekday from 9 am to 11 a - or the 13 other radio stations in Illinois that broadcast Beck.
You, and whoever else is listening, will be treated to the type of rhetoric that, just in the last year, led Gregory Giusti to threaten to firebomb Nancy Pelosi's house, drove Charlie Wilson to make repeated death threats to Senator Patty Murray, and inspired Byron Williams to attempt to assassinate officials at the Tides Foundation and ACLU.
Beck's radio show is dangerous, inflammatory and irresponsible. It's recently been dropped from radio stations in New York, Philadelphia, and Madison, WI, and it has no place on Chicago's airwaves either.
I just signed a petition asking WIND to stop broadcasting Glenn Beck's show in Chicago. Please join me to take his dangerous rhetoric off of our airwaves:
