nuts: Conservative group: Obama will give ‘entire land mass’ of the US to ‘the Indians’ #p2 #tcot

Stop us if you've heard this one: President Barack Obama wants to return the entire land mass of the United States of America to Native American tribes.

No, nevermind. That one's new.

The wild claim comes by way of the American Family Association (AFA), a conservative non-profit focused on anti-gay initiatives.

They were reacting to a Thursday announcement by President Obama, that the US would sign a non-binding United Nations declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples, which has been endorsed by 145 countries.

The declaration states that "indigenous peoples have the right to the lands, territories and resources which they have traditionally owned, occupied or otherwise used or acquired," and nations "shall give legal recognition and protection to these lands, territories and resources."

This means President Obama "wants Indian tribes to be our new overlords," according to Bryan Fischer, AFA's "director of issue analysis."

"Perhaps he figures that, as an adopted Crow Indian, he will be the new chief over this revived Indian empire," Fischer added.

Right.

Incendiary, off-the-wall commentary from Fischer is not a new phenomenon.

Last week, Fischer lamented the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," blaming "turncoat Republican senators" for the destruction of "sane moral and sexual standards governing military personnel policy."

"We will no longer be able to bail out these other emasculated armies because ours will now be feminized and neutered beyond repair, and there is no one left to bail us out," he said. "We have been permanently weakened as a military and as a nation by these misguided and treasonous Republican senators, and the world is now a more dangerous place for us all."

Moreover, Fischer recently likened gay sex to domestic terrorism and expressed concerns about the "feminization" of the Medal of Honor.

"When are we going to start awarding the Medal of Honor once again for soldiers who kill people and break things so our families can sleep safely at night?" Fischer wrote.

Homosexuality was also to blame for the confidential documents leaked to secrets outlet WikiLeaks, according to Fischer.

Private Bradley Manning, who has been in US custody since he was linked to a WikiLeaks release earlier this year, "sold out his country in what may turn out to be fit of gay pique," Fischer wrote, calling Manning a "one man argument" for keeping homosexuals out of the military.
