"Georgia Democrat State Rep. Yasmin Neal has proposed a law that would ban the practice of vasectomies, except in cases where a man faces serious health risks (video below).
Rep. Neal's bill was crafted as a response to a 'fetal pain bill' proposed by Georgia Republicans, which would ban abortions after 20 weeks (which is also the law in the UK).
In her video, Rep. Neal says: "Thousands of children are deprived of birth in this state every year because of the lack of state regulation over vasectomies.""
