So the comments at the link above include some that still blame environmentalists for this catastrophe. C'mon.....at some point you can't run away from the fact that our need for oil ultimately led to this.

Oil pools on Pensacola Beach after being stepped in by David Crocco, 42, of Los Angeles. Crocco intentionally stepped into the oil as part of a film being produced by Truth-Action Productions.
