Americans for Prosperity (aka Koch brothers) coming to Wisconsin from Daily Kos #p2 #tcot #wiunion

Here's more proof that the stand-off in Wisconsin isn't about fixing the budget, it's about Republican union-busting:

The well-funded conservative group Americans for Prosperity is set to start running ads in Wisconsin, I'm told.

"We're planning to run TV and radio ads in Wisconsin starting tomorrow, as well as host a few events across the state later this week," Americans for Prosperity spokesperson Mary Ellen Burke emails. "Things are happening quickly as the news story in Wisconsin progresses."

... financed courtesy of the Koch brothers, who of course were also the single biggest contributor to then-candidate Scott Walker in 2010, and who plan on staying very close to Governor Walker.

And the Koch brother's influence doesn't stop at the Governor's desk:

One wonders how many of those leather binders were given out. The smart money is on nineteen.
