How Texas keeps tens of thousands of kids out of special ed

    Special education is not a commonplace for my country (I live in the UK). Even home education isn't that wide-spread here. I study at college and I can't imagine myself as a home student. Though I know what advantages would wait for me - more spare time, fewer stresses, opportunity to apply for British Essay Writer help. I know it but my mentality doesn't allow to do it. I got used to college and campus life. Though my peers are choosing special education. Still, what reaction do Texas students show?
